  • 6 tablespoons of Vegan Nutella
  • 2 medium-sized bananas
  • 3 tablespoons of dairy-free milk (for 'egg wash')
  • 2 tablespoons of caster/granulated sugar
  • Dairy-free white chocolate buttons (for garnish)
  • 2 tablespoons of icing sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out puff pastry sheets on a floured surface and cut into 4×6 inch rectangles.
  3. Mash bananas in a bowl and mix with Vegan Nutella until combined.
  4. Spoon filling onto half of each rectangle; fold over and seal edges with a fork.
  5. Brush tops with dairy-free milk for shine.
  6. Create 'bandages' with pastry strips and sprinkle with sugar.
  7. Bake on parchment-lined baking sheet for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool slightly before dusting with icing sugar and adding chocolate buttons for eyes.
