- 6 medium ripe bananas (mashed)
- ½ cup butter (melted)
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup Nutella
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a muffin pan with muffin liners.
- In a small bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
- In a stand mixer bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Beat on medium speed until well blended.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix on low speed until just combined.
- Warm Nutella in the microwave for about 30 seconds until it’s easier to swirl.
- Fill each muffin cup about three-quarters full with batter and add a teaspoon of Nutella on top; swirl with a toothpick.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
