Ingredients
- 1 (14.4-oz) box graham crackers
- 2 (3.4-oz) boxes instant lemon pudding
- 3½ cups milk
- 1 (8-oz) container Cool Whip (thawed)
- 1 (16-oz) can lemon frosting
Instructions
- Prepare a 9×13 pan by spraying the bottom with cooking spray.
- Line the pan with 1/3 of the whole graham crackers.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the pudding and milk using an electric mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes. Gently fold in the Cool Whip until fully combined.
- Pour half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers and layer another third of graham crackers on top. Add the remaining pudding mixture and finish with another layer of graham crackers.
