Instructions

  3. In another bowl, whisk together dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and spices.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture; stir gently to avoid overmixing.
  5. Prepare cinnamon swirl by combining sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  6. Layer half the batter in the loaf pan; sprinkle half of the cinnamon mixture on top. Add remaining batter and finish with the rest of the swirl mixture. Use a knife to create swirls.
