Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 4 medium/large potatoes
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Paprika
- 1 TBSP Au Jus Gravy Mix
- 1/2 packet Ranch seasoning
- 2 TBSP butter
- Pepperonchinis or banana peppers
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Wash, peel, and cube the potatoes. Toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Air fry the seasoned potatoes at 400°F for about 20 minutes, shaking occasionally.
- While cooking, cube the chicken breasts and season with olive oil, Au Jus Gravy Mix, and Ranch seasoning.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat with butter, cook the chicken until browned on all sides.
- Combine the cooked potatoes with the chicken in the skillet.
- Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperonchinis; broil until cheese melts.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
