Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 medium/large potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • 1 TBSP Au Jus Gravy Mix
  • 1/2 packet Ranch seasoning
  • 2 TBSP butter
  • Pepperonchinis or banana peppers
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel, and cube the potatoes. Toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Air fry the seasoned potatoes at 400°F for about 20 minutes, shaking occasionally.
  3. While cooking, cube the chicken breasts and season with olive oil, Au Jus Gravy Mix, and Ranch seasoning.
  4. In a skillet over medium-high heat with butter, cook the chicken until browned on all sides.
  5. Combine the cooked potatoes with the chicken in the skillet.
  6. Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperonchinis; broil until cheese melts.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
