  • 12 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: Gel food coloring, lemon zest, mini chocolate eggs or jelly beans for decoration

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and salt until it resembles wet sand.
  2. Press 2–3 tablespoons of the mixture into each jar to form the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until medium-stiff peaks form and refrigerate.
  4. Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth.
  5. Gently fold in the whipped cream until combined.
  6. If desired, add gel food coloring or lemon zest to the filling.
  7. Fill each jar with the cheesecake mixture over the crust layer and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  8. Decorate with toppings just before serving.
