- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- Juice of 2 limes

Instructions
- Grill or boil corn until tender. Let cool and cut off kernels if using fresh corn.
