- 2 ears of corn
- ½ cup cotija cheese
- ¼ cup red onion
- 1–2 avocados
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice
- ¼ cup cilantro
- 2 garlic cloves
Instructions
