Instructions
- Prepare the Caramel: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt 1 cup of sugar until it turns golden brown. Quickly pour it into a round cake pan.
- Blend the Flan Mixture: In a blender, combine the eggs, evaporated milk, condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- Assemble for Baking: Pour the custard mixture over the caramel in the cake pan. Place it in an oven-safe dish filled halfway with hot water.
