  • 1 cup bell peppers (chopped; any color)
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro (chopped)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, sauté diced onion and minced garlic in olive oil until softened.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in chopped bell peppers and canned tomatoes (with juice).
