  • 1/2 cup pesto
  • 8 ounces shredded Italian blend cheese (divided)
  • 1/2 medium red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 cup sliced roasted red peppers
  • 1/2 cup quartered artichoke hearts
  • 1/4 cup halved Kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup sliced sun-dried tomatoes
  • 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
  • Handful fresh basil leaves (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) with the rack on the bottom shelf.
  2. Lightly oil your pizza pan and spread the pizza dough evenly across.
  3. Spread pesto over the dough, leaving a 1-inch crust border.
  4. Sprinkle about 3/4 of the shredded cheese over the pesto.
  5. Layer with red onion, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, olives, and sun-dried tomatoes.
  6. Add remaining cheese and crumbled feta on top.
  7. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the crust is golden brown and toppings are heated through.
  8. Slice into wedges and serve hot.
