  2. Extract the lemon juice using your hands or a lemon squeezer, straining it through a sieve.

  4. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and vanilla extract.
  5. Strain the mixture again for a smooth texture and cool for about 10 minutes.
  6. Fill hollowed lemon halves with the mixture and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours.
  7. Before serving, sprinkle sugar on top and caramelize with a blowtorch until golden brown.
