Instructions
- 1. Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, cooking apple vinegar, and sugar in a small bowl; set aside.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground meat with grated ginger. Add soy sauce, egg, and tapioca flour; knead until well mixed.
- 3. Shape the mixture into compact balls around 2 inches in diameter.
- 4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook meatballs until browned on all sides. Cover and lower heat to cook through.
- 5. Remove excess oil from the pan and add the prepared sauce; cook until thickened, coating each meatball evenly.
- 6. Serve on skewers or over rice with steamed vegetables.
