  • 2 stalks celery
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 5 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups cooked chicken
  • 1 lb shelf-stable gnocchi
  • 34 oz baby spinach

Instructions

  2. Add chopped sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and spices; cook for another minute.
  3. Stir in tomato paste, chicken base, and flour; cook for an additional minute.
  4. Pour in chicken broth while scraping the bottom of the pot; bring to a simmer.
  5. Partially cover and simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.
  6. Add shredded chicken, spinach, evaporated milk, and gnocchi; cook until heated through (5-10 minutes).
