- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients: slice steak, chop vegetables, mince garlic and ginger.
- Cook egg noodles in boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sauté steak until browned (about 3 minutes). Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, add shrimp, garlic, and ginger; cook until shrimp turns pink (about 2 minutes).
- Add bell peppers, snap peas, and carrots; stir-fry until tender-crisp (about 3 minutes).
- Return steak to skillet along with cooked noodles and chicken broth; toss everything together for about 2 minutes. Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
