  • 1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients: slice steak, chop vegetables, mince garlic and ginger.
  2. Cook egg noodles in boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sauté steak until browned (about 3 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, add shrimp, garlic, and ginger; cook until shrimp turns pink (about 2 minutes).
  5. Add bell peppers, snap peas, and carrots; stir-fry until tender-crisp (about 3 minutes).
  6. Return steak to skillet along with cooked noodles and chicken broth; toss everything together for about 2 minutes. Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
