  • 8 oz boneless beef steak (sirloin or flank), sliced into thin strips
  • 8 oz shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 8 oz rice noodles
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • ½ cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients. Rinse shrimp under cold water and slice beef against the grain.
  2. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add oil and sauté beef strips for about 3 minutes until browned but tender. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add more oil if needed; sauté mixed vegetables for about 5 minutes until softened, then add shrimp and cook until pink (about 2-3 minutes).
  5. Return beef to the skillet along with cooked noodles, teriyaki sauce, and ginger. Toss everything together over medium heat until heated through.
  6. Serve topped with toasted sesame seeds.
