Instructions
- Rinse the shrimp under cold water, pat dry, and chop finely.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped shrimp, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, green onions, cilantro, and soy sauce. Mix until well combined.
- Wet hands slightly to prevent sticking and shape the mixture into 2-tablespoon-sized balls. Place on a lined baking sheet.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
