Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound raw shrimp (deveined and peeled)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 green onions (finely chopped)
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Rinse the shrimp under cold water, pat dry, and chop finely.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chopped shrimp, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, green onions, cilantro, and soy sauce. Mix until well combined.
  3. Wet hands slightly to prevent sticking and shape the mixture into 2-tablespoon-sized balls. Place on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
