  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp purple gel food coloring
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips (for frosting)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)

Instructions

  5. Divide batter between prepared pans and bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool completely before frosting.
  6. For the frosting, melt white chocolate chips in intervals until smooth. Whip softened cream cheese with melted chocolate until fluffy.
