  • 4 large bell peppers (red, yellow, or green)
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 medium sweet onion (diced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup provolone or mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Prepare the bell peppers by slicing off the tops and removing seeds. Place them upright in the baking dish.
