- 8 corn or flour tortillas
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 oz canned green chiles
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and gather all ingredients.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté shrimp with garlic powder and onion powder until pink (about 3 minutes). Remove from heat.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, green chiles, half the shredded cheese, and sautéed shrimp; mix well.
- Spread a thin layer of chicken broth in a baking dish. Fill each tortilla with the shrimp mixture, roll up tightly, and place seam-side down in the dish.
