- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, and milk; mix well.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared dish. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon sugar if desired. Layer the remaining batter on top and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before frosting with a mixture of powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and enough milk for drizzling.
