- 1 cup bell peppers, diced (mix of red, yellow, green)
- 2 green onions, sliced thinly
- 1 small cucumber, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- For the Sauce: 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping chicken into bite-sized pieces. Dice bell peppers and slice cucumbers and green onions.
