  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by mincing the garlic and slicing the steak into strips.
  2. Cook the fettuccine in a pot of boiling salted water until al dente, about 10 minutes. Drain, reserving half a cup of pasta water.
