- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (128g)
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (170g)
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce (160g)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Mix in the peanut butter until well combined.
- Gradually add flour, baking powder, and salt until a thick dough forms.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish and bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden around the edges.
- Drizzle warm caramel sauce over the baked base and sprinkle chocolate chips on top while still warm.
- Allow to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for about an hour before cutting into squares.
