  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans (plus extra for topping)
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar while mixing; then mix in vanilla extract and cocoa powder until well combined.
  3. Fold half of the chopped pecans into the mixture.
  4. Stir in sour cream until just incorporated.
