Ingredients
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar

- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 4 pieces chicken thighs (substitute with drumsticks or breasts)
- Pineapple slices for grilling
Instructions
