- 8 oz. turkey strips
- 6 chicken thighs
- 2 large peaches, sliced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 stick of butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tsp. sea salt, divided
- 1 tsp. fresh cracked pepper, divided
- 1 tsp. oregano, divided
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. paprika, divided
- 1 large shallot
- 3 cloves garlic, grated or pressed
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
- Fresh basil and additional fresh thyme for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Season chicken thighs with half of the spices on both sides.
- Sauté turkey strips in a skillet until dark red; remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sear seasoned chicken thighs for 1-2 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken; sauté shallots and garlic until fragrant.
- Deglaze with chicken broth and stir in butter and honey until melted.
- Return chicken to the pan, cover with sauce, and bake for 15 minutes.
- Add sliced peaches on top; broil for an additional 3-5 minutes until soft.
- Serve garnished with fresh herbs.
