  • For the frosting: 8 oz cream cheese, 8 oz Cool Whip, ½ cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients at room temperature.
  2. In a stand mixer, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, whisk eggs, warmed honey, and sour cream; combine with dry ingredients until mixed.
  3. Knead dough on a floured surface until smooth (5-10 minutes).
  4. Place dough in a greased bowl; cover and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  5. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar; fold in Cool Whip to make frosting.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Shape risen dough into loaves/rolls, bake for about 35 minutes until golden brown.
