Ingredients

  • 8 cups water (divided)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Zest of 2 lemons
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh lemon juice (about 8 lemons)
  • 2 cups ice cubes

Instructions

  3. In a pitcher, mix the remaining 5 cups of water with the fresh lemon juice. Strain the cooled sugar mixture into the pitcher to remove zest.
