  • 2 small packages instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 ¼ cups milk
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 (8-ounce) containers whipped topping
  • Green food coloring
  • 1 package mint Oreos
  • ½ cup butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pudding layer by whisking together the instant chocolate pudding and milk in a large bowl until set (about 2-3 minutes).
  2. Mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar with an electric mixer until smooth.
  3. Fold in one tub of whipped topping and a few drops of green food coloring until combined.
  4. Crush mint Oreos in a large zipper bag using a rolling pin until fine crumbs form.
  5. Combine half of the crushed Oreos with melted butter, then press into the bottom of a 9×11 baking dish to create the crust.
  6. Layer the cream cheese mixture over the crust evenly, followed by the chocolate pudding layer.
  7. Color the second tub of whipped topping with green food coloring and spread it over the chocolate pudding.
  8. Top with remaining crushed Oreos for added crunch and chill for at least two hours before serving.
