Ingredients
- 14.3 oz Golden Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup salted butter (melted)
- 6.8 oz instant lemon pudding mix
- 3 ¼ cups milk
- 16 oz Cool Whip (thawed)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Crush Golden Oreos in a food processor and reserve 3/4 cup for topping.
- Mix remaining crushed Oreos with melted butter, then press into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish to form the crust.
- In a bowl, whisk together lemon pudding mix and milk; refrigerate for 5 minutes until thickened.
- Blend softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in one container of Cool Whip and spread over the crust.
- Spread the thickened lemon pudding on top, followed by the remaining Cool Whip and reserved Oreo crumbs.
- Cover and chill for at least two hours before serving.
