Ingredients
- 35 g Dark chocolate (for melting)
- 35 g Dark chocolate (chopped into small chunks; to mix in)
- 2 tbsp Coconut oil
- 180 g 0% Fat Free Greek yogurt
- 1 Egg
- 1 pinch Sea salt
- 50 g Oat flour
- 20 g Cacao powder
- 60 ml Skim milk
- 120 g Granulated stevia
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 0.5 tsp Baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line an 8×6 pan with parchment paper.
- Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil together; set aside to cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine oat flour, cacao powder, sea salt, stevia, and baking powder.
- In another bowl, whisk Greek yogurt, egg, skim milk, vanilla extract, and melted chocolate until smooth.
- Fold wet ingredients into dry until just combined; incorporate chopped dark chocolate.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan; bake for 30-35 minutes until mostly clean when tested with a toothpick.
- Cool before cutting into squares.
