  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped dill
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Chopped green onions, for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Marinate the thinly sliced beef in olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated steak for about 2-3 minutes per side until cooked through; simultaneously grill zucchini slices until tender-crisp.
  3. For the creamy sauce, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, dill, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Assemble bowls by placing cooked rice at the base and topping with grilled steak and zucchini. Drizzle with creamy sauce and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
