  • 1/4 cup hot water

Instructions

  1. Brew one cup of green tea and let it cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix cooled green tea with lemon juice and sweetener. Stir in grated ginger.
  3. In a saucepan over low heat, dissolve gelatin in hot water while whisking continuously.
  4. Combine the gelatin mixture with the green tea mixture, whisking until blended.
  5. Pour into gummy molds and refrigerate for 2-3 hours to set.
  6. Once set, gently remove from molds and enjoy!
