Instructions

- Stir in olive oil and warm water until a sticky dough forms. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 1 to 2 hours until doubled in size.
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil. Transfer dough into the pan and stretch to fit edges. Let rest for another 30 minutes.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, warm olive oil and cook minced garlic until fragrant (do not brown). Set aside.
