- Boil bowtie pasta in salted water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

- Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 5–6 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in beef broth, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly reduced.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet to coat with the beef mixture. Drizzle with additional olive oil if needed.
