  • 2 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, heat milk, heavy cream, sugar, and cocoa powder over medium heat until simmering. Remove from heat.
  2. Pour the hot mixture over the chocolate chips in a blender. Let it sit for a few minutes before adding vanilla extract and salt. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into ice pop molds and freeze for about 30 minutes. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze overnight until solid.
  4. To serve, run warm water over the molds briefly to release the popsicles.
