- 12 ounces fresh raspberries
- 2 tablespoons sugar (for raspberries)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl; press into a greased pie pan and bake for 9-10 minutes. Let cool.
- Whisk together lemon pudding mix and milk until thickened; add lemon juice and fold in Cool Whip.
- Blend raspberries with sugar until smooth.
- Layer the pie: pour half of the lemon filling into the crust, add raspberry puree, top with remaining lemon filling, and drizzle with more raspberry puree.
- Cover and freeze for at least 3 hours.
