Ingredients

- 200 grams granulated sugar
- 200 grams almond meal

- Thoroughly wash the oranges and boil them in water for about 30 minutes until soft. Allow to cool.
- Cut the cooled oranges in half, remove any seeds, and blend into a smooth puree using a food processor.
- In the food processor, combine the orange puree with sugar, almond meal, ground pistachios, baking powder, and salt until well mixed.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs until frothy, then gradually mix in the orange-nut mixture to form a smooth batter.
