  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded green cabbage
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Pat dry the fish fillets and season both sides with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Cook seasoned fish in a single layer for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and flaky, flipping halfway through.
  4. Meanwhile, mix cabbage, cilantro, lime juice, and salt in a bowl for the slaw.
  5. Combine Greek yogurt with garlic powder and lime juice in another bowl for the sauce.
  6. Warm corn tortillas slightly and assemble tacos by placing crispy fish on each tortilla topped with slaw and sauce.
