- ¾ cup chicken broth
- 1½ cups half and half
- 10 oz. Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
- 20 oz. refrigerated ravioli
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese
- ⅓ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

- Gradually add chicken broth and then half and half while stirring continuously. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer.
- Mix in softened cream cheese and drained diced tomatoes; reserve the juice for consistency adjustments.
- Cook ravioli according to package instructions; drain well.
- Lower heat on the sauce; add Parmesan cheese gradually while stirring until melted.
- Fold in cooked ravioli gently until coated; adjust with reserved tomato juice if necessary.
