- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt
Instructions

- Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Stir until a sticky dough forms. Cover with a kitchen towel and let rise in a warm place for 45–60 minutes until doubled.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- Spoon the risen dough into the muffin cups, filling each about ¾ full.
- Drizzle olive oil over each muffin top and sprinkle with rosemary, garlic, and flaky sea salt.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown. Allow cooling slightly before removing from the tin.
