- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- Salt and black pepper
- 4 tablespoons salted butter
- 1/2 cup fresh basil
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 fresno pepper, seeded and sliced
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a baking dish, combine chicken, garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Arrange butter slices on top.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes until cooked through.
