  • 1 box French Vanilla Cake Mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 carton Cool Whip
  • Food coloring (neon colors)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil until well combined.
  3. Divide the batter into three bowls and add different food coloring to each.
  4. Using Ziploc bags, pipe the colored batter into the prepared pan in a marbled design.
  5. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Remove from the oven and poke holes every 1½ inches across the cake using the back of a wooden spoon.
  7. In another bowl, whisk together the milk and instant pudding until slightly thickened; pour over the warm cake ensuring it fills all holes.
  8. Spread Cool Whip evenly over the top of the cake.
  9. Optional: Add festive sprinkles before serving.
