- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini Easter eggs (Cadbury or similar)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
- Gradually fold in dry ingredients: flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt. Then add milk chocolate chips and mini eggs.
- Press the mixture into the prepared baking pan; optionally press extra mini eggs on top.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes until edges are lightly golden but center is still chewy.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
