  2. Knead on a floured surface until smooth (6-8 minutes). Place in a greased bowl, cover with cloth, and let rise for 1-1.5 hours.
  3. For the filling, heat heavy cream and butter until steaming; pour over chopped chocolate. Stir until smooth and chill slightly.
  4. Roll out dough into a rectangle and spread chocolate filling evenly. Roll tightly and slice into 10-12 pieces. Let rise for another 30 minutes.
