  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7 oz vegan marshmallow cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare brownie batter according to package instructions.
  2. Grease egg-shaped silicone molds with nonstick cooking spray and fill each cavity using a 2-tablespoon scoop.
  3. Bake for 24-26 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. While still warm, create divots in the center of each brownie using a teaspoon.
  5. Allow brownies to cool completely before releasing them from molds.
  6. Flatten the bottoms slightly on a flat surface.
