Instructions
- Brew strong coffee and let it cool.

- In another bowl, whip cold heavy cream until soft peaks form; gently fold into the mascarpone mixture.
- Dip ladyfingers in cooled coffee briefly and layer them in a dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, sprinkle with cocoa powder, then repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and remaining mascarpone.
