Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking pan and bake for about 10 minutes until lightly golden.
  3. For the cheesecake filling, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the baked crust and bake for 25-30 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  5. For the chocolate layer, heat heavy cream until simmering, then stir in chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
  6. Pour the chocolate ganache over the cooled cheesecake layer and let set before refrigerating for at least two hours.
  7. Cut into squares and enjoy.
