  • 12 Hawaiian sweet dinner rolls
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 ounces thinly sliced deli chicken ham
  • 21/2 cups cooked pulled beef
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • 30 dill pickle chips
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 11/2 teaspoons dried minced garlic
  • 11/2 teaspoons dried minced onion
  • 11/2 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • 3/4 teaspoon flaky sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Slice the rolls horizontally and place the bottom half in the baking dish.
  3. Mix Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and melted butter; spread half on the bottom rolls.
  4. Layer half of the Swiss cheese, followed by chicken ham, pulled beef, pickles, and remaining Swiss cheese.
  5. Place the top half of the rolls over the layered fillings.
  6. Brush with a mixture of melted butter, garlic, onion, poppy seeds, and salt.
  7. Bake covered for 20 minutes then uncover and bake for an additional 5–10 minutes until golden brown.
